They will also meet the following qualifications and possess these preferred skills:
At least one year of experience coaching High School Soccer
Willingness to commit to the season's schedule, which includes after-school practices, games, and travel
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, especially during the competition season
Effective coaching techniques and skills
Strong understanding of Soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
Ability to teach fundamental skills to players of varying levels
Experience in-game strategy, player development, and team management
Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes
Ability to plan and organize practices, games, and tournaments
Ability to manage schedules, travel arrangements, and other logistics
Strong record-keeping skills and the ability to track player progress, attendance, and other team related tasks
Ability to manage the team dynamics and handle conflicts within the team
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL ACCOMPLISH
Engaging student athletes in activities that strengthen relationships
Increasing the students knowledge and understanding of a sport
Providing a mentorship and coaching environment for students
