The Analyst, Analytics will help to help continue our expansion in our Analytics Department. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of data analysis with a track record of building successful analytic approaches. A major responsibility of this role will be to help build the Horizon Media approach and infrastructure for analytics on existing clients as well as provide measurement guidance on new business pitches. Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data, identify trend drivers, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Basic knowledge of data structuring with Knime, SQL, R, Python preferred. Creative/curious approach to ramping up understanding aspects of digital advertising, digital media strategy and standard media measurement. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to aggregate information and data from multiple sources. Experience with Tableau or other data visualization/dashboarding tools preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey and package technical findings in layman's terms. Ideally 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
