We are looking for an integral team member that will help to communicate our vision and passion with our local community as a brand ambassador and retail sales associate. Our debut retail store provides us an opportunity to have a conversation directly with our community about the Jamie Haller brand, her vision, and collection. This position will be that direct link to our local community. The new retail store will provide the only in-store experience for our fans to touch, see, try on and fit our clothing and shoes.
What this position entails:
Create a brand centered experience that involves customer education about fit, production and materials. Explain what sets the Jamie Haller brand apart in a warm, nurturing and inclusive retail setting.
Our story is what sets us apart. Everything we make has one, it’s a personal brand that has a big vision to share. Being the storyteller for the brand and bringing people into the product we create is the most important part of this position.

Being a stylist for the brand, helping women to find the best version of themselves with a Jamie Haller wardrobe is part of the role we want to play as a retail store.
Being a sales associate means selling product, keeping track of seasonal drops, helping to stock and merchandise inventory, maintaining relationships with clientele. It’s about creating relationships and anticipating someone’s needs and being there to facilitate in person sales. We are looking for someone to sell our product, but do so as an extension of our brand to communicate our message.
Jamie Haller is a fashion and interior designer. There is an expectation that her store will be a place of inspiration and beauty. Curating a beautiful space is a part of this position, maintaining a visual story within the store is an expectation of this position. Merchandising, Retail and Styling skills are valued.
We are looking for :
Enthusiasm, strong communication skills, a casual but luxurious point of view, a fashionable eye is a plus. A detail oriented person who is reliable, available, and wants to work in a retail setting. You must be able to effectively communicate and follow up, handle multiple tasks at one time and work independently.
We are looking for a team member to work daytime, weekends and occasional evening shifts. We are flexible but will be a small team. It’s an opportunity to work with small brand who has big things ahead of it and get in on the ground floor of the company’s first retail store. This is more than a part time job. It’s an opportunity to help us tell our story in a meaningful way in a community we are excited to get to know.
