We are seeking a dynamic, engaging, and emotionally intelligent individual to join our Business Development team as a Business Development Relationship Manager . This role plays a vital part in supporting SALT’s Business Development team and executive leadership through administrative support, event coordination, relationship management, thoughtful gifting, and strategic communication. • Lead planning and execution of the annual internal Growth Summit, including venue selection, speaker coordination, and oversight of all event logistics.
  • Support the execution of external-facing events such as seminars, receptions, and networking functions in collaboration with the Business Development team.
  • Assist with post-meeting and post-event outreach, including follow-ups, thank-you notes, and ongoing communication with prospects and partners.
  • Design and manage a personalized gifting program for current and future business partners, ensuring thoughtful, tailored experiences that reflect SALT’s brand and values.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt, polished, and solutions-oriented support.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, meetings, and prospective customers touchpoints to ensure alignment across teams and support strategic reporting.
