Cleaning Dispatcher - JFK Airport

The Cleaning Dispatcher coordinates and schedules cleaning teams to ensure timely, safe, and efficient aircraft cabin cleaning while maintaining aviation cleanliness standards and supporting smooth operations.

• Coordinate and dispatch cleaning crews to aircraft and airport locations based on operational needs
• Manage and monitor cleaning schedules to ensure timely and efficient task completion
• Prioritize cleaning assignments according to urgency and flight turnaround requirements
• Communicate effectively with cleaning teams and other airport departments
• Ensure all cleaning operations comply with airport safety and security regulations
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve crew deployment issues as they arise

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• 2 years of customer service experience
• 1 year of cleaning experience
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
• Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
