Job Description

Our client is a prestigious law firm in Manhattan, and they are looking to hire a Corporate Litigation Paralegal with Securities experience to join their team. The role is hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days of remote flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys across all phases of litigation.
• Lead litigation teams proactively by anticipating attorney needs and mentoring junior paralegals.
• Cite-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency with The Bluebook and other citation standards; Shepardize authorities and verify quoted material.
• Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing discovery materials.
• Collaborate with the Automated Legal Support Department to manage and update document databases.
• Prepare documents for production, including maintaining production, privilege, and redaction logs.
• Support attorneys with drafting and filing pleadings and court submissions.
• Conduct and organize legal research using court websites, online tools, and legal databases.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Corporate Litigation Paralegal experience
• Must have Bluebooking and cite checking experience
• Must have federal e-filing experience
• Experience with Securities Litigation is strongly preferred
• Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills
• Experience working on complex litigation is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred

The annual base salary range is $65,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
