Candidates must possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor. They may also be assigned special projects by their manager. We are looking for an individual with a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask, take initiative, and meet shifting deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, eager to learn new skills, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. While prior call center experience is not required, a strong background in customer service is essential. We will also consider candidates with transferable skills from previous roles.
