Position Overview
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Reporting and Analytics Director will be responsible for leading, shaping and enhancing our reporting and analytics function to deliver on the outcomes aligned with our Board-approved DEI strategy. We ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting to our regulator, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), and we use data to inform our DEI program design and decisions. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $190,000 - $286,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
