Roles & Responsibilities Strategic Planning Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, including business, information, application, and technology architectures. Align IT strategy with business objectives and provide recommendations on technology investments. Conduct strategic analysis of business and technology trends to identify opportunities and risks. Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide architectural input. Architecture Design and Development: Design and document architectural blueprints, standards, and guidelines. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms to support business needs. Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps and transition plans. Ensure architectural compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders. Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization. Drive innovation and promote the adoption of best practices in architecture and technology. Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners. Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce architectural governance processes and standards. Ensure that technology solutions comply with security and data privacy requirements. Conduct architectu re reviews and audits to ensure compliance. Manage architectural risks and ensure business continuity. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate architectural concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners. Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate architectural vision and plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
