Job Title: Enterprise Data Architect – Data & Analytics (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)

We are looking for a visionary Enterprise Data Architect to join our Data & Analytics practice and drive large-scale transformation initiatives for clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. This role will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise data architectures across cloud and hybrid ecosystems, while serving as a trusted advisor to client executives including CDOs, CIOs, and CTOs.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping data and analytics strategy, leading enterprise-scale architecture efforts, and influencing multi-million-dollar transformation programs from presales to delivery. This is a senior leadership role for professionals with strong business acumen, thought leadership, and hands-on solutioning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise data architecture strategy and roadmaps aligned to clients’ business goals
• Design modern data platforms using tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Talend, dbt , and data virtualization technologies
• Lead solution architecture and platform engineering efforts for large-scale data programs across cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Deliver data modeling strategies including Data Vault, dimensional, and normalized modeling for enterprise warehousing
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to develop data-driven transformation agendas
• Evaluate existing data ecosystems, recommend modernization strategies, and build multi-year transformation roadmaps
• Participate in architecture reviews and govern technology decisions across engagements
• Support presales and proactive pursuits , shaping complex deals and proposal strategy
• Lead thought leadership initiatives including point-of-view papers, workshops, and executive presentations
• Interface with internal teams, clients, and partners to drive adoption of architectural best practices

Requirements

• 18+ years of experience in data and analytics, with 12+ years in enterprise data architecture and strategy
• Proven ability to define LOB-wide data architectures and influence executive decision-making
• Deep knowledge of data platforms , cloud-native architectures , and emerging technologies
• Demonstrated experience delivering programs in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance industries
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience with CDO/CDAO-level consulting , strategy development, and advisory-led engagements is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of data governance, data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing revenue through consulting, presales, and advisory engagements
• Track record of maintaining billability while contributing to high-impact strategic programs
• Experience as a speaker or panelist in industry events is a plus
• Cloud and data certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks) are highly desirable
