We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team. As part of a fast-paced, dynamic finance team, you will responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial forecasts, analyze business trends, and support strategic decision-making processes. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis against budget and forecasts. Perform in-depth financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support the annual budgeting process and reforecasting efforts. Collaborate with department heads to understand and track performance metrics and KPIs. Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and dashboards. Monitor actual performance vs. financial targets and recommend corrective actions. Qualifications ~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. ~3–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment. ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ~ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ~ Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
