Responsibilities

• Provide financial education to individuals, families, and small business owners
• Guide clients through solutions including tax-advantaged strategies, wealth building, retirement protection, and legacy transfer
• Build and manage your own book of business as an independent agent
• Attend ongoing virtual training and mentorship sessions
• Assist clients in obtaining financial products and services that meet their needs
• Pursue state licensing with our support and resources

Requirements

Required:

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred (but not required):

• Background in sales, customer service, education, or finance
• Bilingual is a plus
• State financial license (we will help you obtain this if needed)
