Riot Hospitality Group is seeking passionate and dedicated Fine Dining Back Servers to join our esteemed restaurant group, where you'll play a key role in bringing to life a new, innovative, and exclusive fine-dining supper club located in Old Town's Entertainment District that blends artistry, entertainment, and culinary excellence. If you're passionate about blending impeccable service with a vibrant atmosphere, apply now! Key Responsibilities: Assist with delivering food, refilling drinks, and clearing tables. Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently for incoming guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including clearing away used dishes and resetting table settings. Communicate with other staff members to coordinate food delivery and resolve guest needs quickly. Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Help maintain cleanliness in other areas, such as restrooms and server stations, as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous customer service/hospitality/restaurant experience, preferably in a fine-dining setting. Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and guests warmly. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with front-of-house, kitchen staff, and customers. Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as clearing tables, refilling drinks, and assisting servers. Problem-solving skills to address issues quickly and professionally.
