As a General Manager , you will lead your restaurant, mentoring and developing team members to ensure success. You will be responsible for instilling Wendy’s culture, motivating your team to exceed customer expectations, and managing all operational and financial aspects of your restaurant.
You should have at least three years of experience as a restaurant general manager in a quick service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell).
You should have a strong background in restaurant operations, achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. A passion for developing and leading teams and striving for excellence is essential.
