Join us for a one-day Driver Hiring Event at our Indianapolis distribution center. Routes are local, the equipment is top-notch, and you're home daily.

• Hiring Event: July 26th from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Pay: $35.02/hour plus Weekend Pay
• Dispatch Times: 1:00PM and 9:00 PM (no layovers) - Weekends and Holidays Required

As a QCD Driver, you'll:

• Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local delivery routes (no layovers)
• Deliver food products with accuracy and efficiency to restaurant customers
• Load and unload freight using hand trucks or electric pallet jacks (touch freight)
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, log DOT compliance paperwork
• Communicate with dispatch and customers with professionalism
• Handle return products and ensure all loads are secure and compliant

What You'll Bring:

• A valid Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, and at least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving and delivery experience
• Ability to lift 5 - 75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers)
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations
