Location: Beijing, Shanghai Position Type: Full-time Salary: Subject to experience, with great opportunities to travel and company benefits Role Responsibilities: Expand WildChina’s corporate portfolio by developing and maintaining relationships with overseas MICE travel agents and incentive houses Provide market insights and identify new business opportunities Develop on-trend corporate programs for overseas companies that meet and exceed their needs Design experiential itineraries and ensure high operational standards are seamlessly executed on trip Develop and improve SOPs for your market Represent WildChina at client-facing events and program orientations Travel across China with clients as a professional program leader, seeking ways to enhance experiential programs Qualifications and Experience: Undergraduate degree or higher; overseas background preferred 5+ years experience working with overseas travel agents and incentive houses in inbound MICE travel Proactive, highly organized with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong teamwork and leadership skills Native or fluent English; fluent Mandarin for daily communication Ability to adapt and thrive in a cross-cultural environment Interested candidates should send résumé, writing samples, and cover letter to hr@wildchina.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr WildChina 碧山
