Reuveni is seeking an On-Site Sales Director.
This position will provide an exciting opportunity to work on notable real estate development projects alongside REUVENI’s clients, which include some of New York City’s top property owners, developers, financial institutions, and investment firms. The Managing Director will work closely with the CEO to manage day-to-day operations including oversight of the firm’s corporate management team and sales and leasing projects. Responsibilities:
· Lead on-site sales team to provide a best-in-class, client-focused experience throughout the new development process.
· Maintain chief oversight over the status of the project’s sales transactions, reporting respective status’ to company management on a daily basis.
· Maintain consistent daily communication with all external parties involved with each transaction – client and/or their representatives, legal teams, outside brokers, construction, and design teams, etc.
· Serve as onsite sales representative for new development project(s), ensuring that the product, developer, and sales team are always represented in the best light.
· Conduct tours of residential apartments, amenity spaces, etc. with prospective buyers and brokers.
· Ensure that all inquiries are successfully converted to active leads through effective sales and closing techniques.
· Monitor competitive properties (inventory, pricing trends, incentives, broker and buyer feedback) for evaluating pricing and strategy.
· Manage all aspects of the offering process, including providing due diligence material, obtaining supporting documentation, and communicating with outside brokers, legal teams, sales director/managing director/CEO, and developer client.
· Coordinate closing process including buyer walk throughs, punch list coordination, etc.
· Work with sales coordinator to update listings in syndication and CRM database(s).
· Assist with various administrative tasks including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing written correspondence; managing contact lists; initiating and managing complex itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.
· Assist in planning and coordinating open houses and events.
· Liaise with property management and construction teams regarding the appearance of the project, making recommendations and executing plans when needed.
· Work with Director of Branding & Marketing and other corporate team members to develop and implement complex sales/leasing strategies, inventory controls, incentives, media plans, etc. consistent with the goals of the project.
· Ensure sales office is properly equipped and remains operational at all times.
· Ensure that on-site sales operations meet company standards and client expectations.
· Maintain comprehensive understanding of comparable projects and partake in research exercises requested by clients and CEO/Managing Director.
Requirements :
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managerial and sales excellence in the New York City residential real estate industry.
This position is a full time, in person role, reporting directly to the CEO. Compensation for this position is anticipated to consist of base salary + bonus. This structure will be commensurate with experience.
