What We Offer

• Weekly Pay of $16.25/hr

Powder Coating Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Apply powder coatings to metal surfaces using spray equipment

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or grinding as needed

• Inspect parts for defects before and after coating

• Operate within safety and quality standards

• Wear appropriate PPE, including a hazmat suit

• Work in environments with exposure to odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, and airborne particles

• Perform prolonged standing, painting, and lifting up to 75 lbs

Powder Coating Shift Info

• Day Shift: 5:00 am to 3:30 pm

• Monday – Thursday

Powder Coating Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Ability to distinguish among colors

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs

• Comfortable wearing a hazmat suit for extended periods

• Completion of a formal painting apprenticeship program, relevant experience, or on-the-job training required

• Ability to work in environments with frequent exposure to varying conditions and airborne particles

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
