Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate industrial-scale projects within the semiconductor industry . This individual will manage end-to-end project execution for facility upgrades, equipment installations, or process expansions in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments. A secondary responsibility will include helping the company identify follow-up work or additional scopes with existing clients once core projects are completed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of industrial projects for semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet technical, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, adjusting resources as needed.
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and client teams throughout each project phase.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support account or business development teams in identifying additional project opportunities post-delivery.
• Participate in job walks, proposal development, and follow-up discussions when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or related industrial sectors .
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects involving facility systems, tools, or process infrastructure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience working in cleanroom environments or with semiconductor manufacturing equipment is a plus.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
