Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for properties.
  • Create and monitor budgets.
  • Oversight of AP & AR
  • Track lease agreements and payments.
  • Prepare and file property tax returns.
  • Assist with external audits.
  • Perform reconciliations.
  • Monitor cash flow and forecast financial needs.
  • Maintain property transaction records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in property management or real estate industry required.
  • Accounting software experience required; Yardi or MRI preferred.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
