Overview:

As a Recruiter (Employment Specialist), you will help connect job seekers seeking office professional roles with available job opportunities, supervise small teams of employees, qualify applications and schedule interviewing appointments.

The main goal of the Recruiter is to connect candidates with career opportunities, meet client needs, and network within the community in a sales capacity. Posting job ads online and on social media sites is a common activity.

Qualifications:

• Thrives in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
• High school diploma/GED required
• Computer and basic social media skills
• Previous recruiting experience is great, but not required

Hours: Full-time, in-office role, 8am -4:30pm M-F.

Pay : Based on experience. Base salary ($40 - $45k) plus monthly commission structure. Guaranteed commissions each month and uncapped potential!

Average first year annual earnings of $55K - $70K.

*Candidates with previous recruiting experience may be considered for higher base salary and bonus structure.
