What Were Doing:

We are driving the 1LMX culture forward by fostering collaboration across business areas, implementing new processes, and promoting continuous improvement. Our focus is on strategic planning, decision-making, and supporting leadership in day-to-day operations to achieve our organizational vision and goals.

The Work:

As a Leader, you will work closely with the Senior Manager to provide strategic support and advice. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Building strong interactions to foster collaboration across business areas (BAs) and driving the 1LMX culture forward.
2. Acting as a liaison between the Senior Manager and direct report leadership in the execution of new processes and procedures.
3. Managing the execution of new processes and procedures.
4. Establishing mechanisms for tracking progress towards the vision and goals, regularly reviewing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recognizing achievements.
5. Addressing budget issues at the controllable level to find solutions and working closely with Project Managers (PMs) to address concerns about organizational workflow.
6. Keeping the vision alive by sharing success stories, recognizing contributions, and reinforcing the importance of the 1LMX vision.
7. Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement , encouraging experimentation, risk-taking, and learning from both successes and failures.
8. Leading Talent Development discussions for leaders and high-potential employees, and being involved in long-term succession planning and preparations for leadership transitions within the organization.
