What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement new information architecture strategies from scratch
- Perform fine-tuning and reinforcement learning to optimize language model interactions with new architectures
- Build evaluation sets to identify failure modes of language models in working with external data
- Design and evaluate advanced agentic search capabilities
- Collaborate with product teams to quickly prototype and deliver innovative solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in Python programming, producing reliable and high-quality code
- Strong machine learning research experience
- Proven experience developing software that utilizes Large Language Models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building complex agentic systems that utilize LLMs
- Knowledge of scalable distributed information retrieval systems, such as search engines and knowledge graphs
- Familiarity with collaborative prototyping and innovative solution delivery
