The opportunity Delaware North is hiring full-time Reservation Agents to join our Reservation Center team. As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls from future guests who wish to make reservations at hotels and resorts around the country. This is a full-time remote position. However, some in-person training will be required at our headquarters in Buffalo, New York.
Pay $15.50 - $16.50 / hour

What will you do?- Answer inbound calls and provide top-notch customer service
- Use all available resources to answer questions
- Create reservations and recognize opportunities to offer packages and additional services
- Communicate with hotel and resort front desk staff
- Collaborate with managers to assist customers and reach sales goals
More About You - Strong phone, listening, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Customer-focused with a love for helping others
- Maintain a positive, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Comfortable using computers with strong typing skills and the ability to multi-task
- Able to use call center software and tools
- Experience working in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred
