Job Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cint plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Sales teams. As a Sales Development Representative on the team, you will spearhead early-stage conversations with prospective clients, generating excitement around Cint's innovative solutions for advertising research. What you will do

• Land meetings with key decision-makers: Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads and book meetings with potential clients.
• Become a master of outreach: Research your target accounts, craft compelling and personalized messages, and develop creative strategies to stand out from the crowd.
• Collaborate and grow: Work closely with experienced Business Development Managers and share best practices with your talented SDR peers to constantly improve your skills and exceed your goals.
• Drive revenue: Exceed your monthly meeting quotas and earn competitive commissions based on your performance.

• Proven track record of success: At least 1 year of experience as an SDR, demonstrating a consistent and passion to generate qualified leads through cross-channel campaigns and personalized targeting.
• A highly motivated and results-oriented individual: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, independent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to outreach.
• An appreciation of the importance of market research to brands and agencies.
• Enthusiastic and driven: Excels at prospecting, building relationships, and developing creative solutions to address client needs.

Additional Information

Anticipated Salary Range (US Only): The anticipated pay range for this role is $36,000 to $45,000 annual base salary ($17.37 - $21.63 hourly) with on target annual commission of $15,840 - $19,800. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
