Job Title: Solar Lead Generator
Location: Des Moines, Iowa (Traveling within assigned territory)
Pay: Commission-Based | Training Paid | Average $1,500–$2,000/Week
R3 Roofing & Exteriors is expanding into solar — and we're hiring entry-level team members to help us grow!
We're looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Solar Lead Generator. Your mission: connect with homeowners face-to-face, generate interest, and schedule appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on the go, wants to break into the solar industry, and is excited about a role where effort = income.
What You'll Do:
Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar
Schedule in-home appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants
Use our tools and training to build rapport quickly and book qualified leads
Track activity and appointments using Sales Rabbit
Compensation:
$100 per qualified appointment set
$300 bonus for every closed deal from your appointment
Commissions start Day 1 — no waiting!
Paid training provided (with potential to earn commission during training)
Typical performance:
10 appointments/week
3–4 deals closed/week
Average weekly earnings: $1,500–$2,000
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills and comfort speaking with homeowners
Positive attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and ability to walk/stand for extended periods
Sales experience preferred
