• State license verification
• Resume
• Three references
• County criminal background check for the past 7 years for all counties lived and worked
• Federal criminal background check for 7 years or more
• Multi-state criminal search for 7 years or more
• Nationwide sex offender search for 7 years or more
• HHS/OIG search
• GSA search
• Social security number trace
• 1-step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray
• SAM search
