Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations in our warehouse facility located in Nashville, TN. This role is essential to ensuring the accurate tracking, organization, and flow of fencing materials and related building products. The ideal candidate will have experience managing inventory in a warehouse environment, be forklift certified, and have a strong understanding of construction or fencing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse inventory management, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse/inventory management software.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and perform full inventory audits.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move and organize materials.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse for optimal layout, safety, and efficiency.
  • Prepare and stage materials for job crews according to project timelines.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff in inventory handling and safety procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Forklift Certification (current and valid).
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse inventory management experience , preferably in construction or building materials.
  • Familiarity with fencing materials such as wood, vinyl, chain link, and aluminum is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with inventory management software.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus.
