Job Description

Role: Chief Manager - Sales & Marketing – C&P

Years of Experience: Minimum 9 to 15 years of experience

Qualifications – Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent related to field

Location: North, Southeast Coast, USA

Official work mode: Hybrid

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Overview and Analysis on cosmetics & perfumery (C & P) Segment
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive market penetration and business growth within the Cosmetics & Perfumes industry.
  • Leverage deep industry knowledge to identify opportunities, optimize brand positioning, and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications to maximize sales opportunities and client satisfaction.
  • Develop Annual Sales Budgeting for cosmetics & perfumery (C & P) Segment.
  • Direct responsibility for Development and Growth of this segment
  • Maintain Annual Customer Profiles for Major Accounts Consisting of Items, Annual Quantities Pieces and Sales orders. Total Glass Sales For Major Accounts Included.
  • Recommend Alternate Products Based on Cost, Availability or Specifications.

Technical / Functional Competencies

  • Sound knowledge of cosmetics & perfumery (C & P) glass manufacturing & new product development
  • Ability to understand technical terms used in the glass industry
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Process knowledge of end to end approval from customers.
