Job Description

As a Creative Program Manager with a leading global innovator, you’ll be at the forefront of design, driving the development and execution of branded device packaging and publications. Partnering with regional Go-to-Market teams and cross-functional US resources, you’ll orchestrate every step of the process, from initial concept to final artwork delivery. This role offers the opportunity to lead and collaborate with regional teams, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring seamless execution of localized design initiatives. You’ll be the master conductor, managing schedules, resources, and stakeholder reviews, all while driving process improvements and pushing creative innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and manage the creative development of international packaging and in-box publication design, encompassing graphic design, print production artwork, localization, and final artwork handoff.
• Lead creative development with regional teams, third-party vendors, and suppliers, communicating schedules, next steps, and ensuring design and production accuracy.
• Create and manage regional program schedules, forecasting and planning resources effectively.
• Delegate and prioritize tasks to creative resources, optimizing workflow and efficiency.
• Schedule and facilitate reviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and feedback incorporation.
• Manage other creative or internal projects as assigned, showcasing your versatility and project management skills.
• Develop or support process improvement initiatives, contributing to the team’s overall effectiveness.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in packaging and publication design program management or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in managing complex projects, demonstrating exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with web-based project management software (Wrike or Asana).
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-driven work environment.
• Ability to earn trust, engage, and influence individuals and teams at all levels within the organization.
• Proven ability to seamlessly transition between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Program or Project management experience in a design/agency/creative environment.
• Experience in localized region-based creative artwork (2D and 3D) development.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of activities with constant changes.
• Enthusiasm for collaborative team environments and a “hands-on” approach.
• Proven ability to balance long-term vision with immediate needs.
• Experience in consumer electronics packaging.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $62.50 to $69.45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
