Experience: 8+years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, and potentially other .NET-compatible languages like F#
• Strong understanding of the .NET framework and its components
• Knowledge of web development technologies like ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
• Familiarity with databases and SQL
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Application Development

• Develop and maintain software applications using the .NET framework

Coding

• Write, test, and debug code using programming languages like C# and VB.NET

System Configuration

• Configure and maintain existing systems

User Support

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications

Collaboration

• Work with other IT professionals, designers, and stakeholders to develop and

maintain software solutions

Testing

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the functionality and quality of applications

Documentation

• Create and maintain proper documentation for software applications

Problem Solving

• Identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks

Staying Updated

• Keep abreast of the latest .NET technologies and industry trends

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Good interpersonal skills in managing clients
• Good coordination with client & offshore/nearshore teams
• Team spirit
• Good written skills
• Good problem-solving techniques
• Abi lity to work with little to no supervision
