Riot Hospitality Group is seeking passionate and dedicated Food Runners to join our esteemed restaurant group, where you'll play a key role in bringing to life a new, innovative, and exclusive fine-dining supper club located in Old Town's Entertainment District that blends artistry, entertainment, and culinary excellence. Ensure orders match tickets before delivery to avoid mistakes. Safely carry trays and handle hot or heavy items. Communicate special requests, dietary needs, and order delays to the kitchen and staff. Support team members to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous customer service/hospitality/restaurant experience, preferably in a fine-dining setting. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as running food, refilling drinks, and clearing tables. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with staff and contribute to a positive team environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, especially during busy service periods. Required food and alcohol certifications.
